These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site, as well as any purchases of products or services from Gateway Container & Chassis LLC.
Gateway Container & Chassis LLC sells new and used shipping containers, container chassis, and related equipment. We also provide container modification services. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display our products accurately on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. Used containers may show signs of wear including dents, rust, and cosmetic imperfections.
Condition Grades: Container conditions (New/One-Trip, Cargo Worthy, Wind & Water Tight, As-Is) are industry-standard designations. Specific condition of individual units may vary. We recommend inspection before purchase when possible.
Pricing: All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices on the Site are for reference only; final pricing is provided via formal quote and may vary based on current market conditions, inventory, and delivery requirements.
Payment Terms: Payment terms are established at the time of sale. We may require deposits for custom orders and modifications. Full payment is typically required before delivery unless other arrangements are made in writing.
Taxes: Prices do not include applicable sales tax, use tax, or other taxes. Buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes unless exempt.
Delivery: Delivery arrangements and costs are quoted separately. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Site Preparation: Buyer is responsible for ensuring adequate access, ground conditions, and space for delivery. Additional charges may apply for difficult deliveries or if the truck cannot complete delivery due to site conditions.
Title and Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to buyer upon delivery. Once the container is placed at the delivery location, buyer assumes all responsibility for the product.
Due to the nature of shipping containers and the costs associated with delivery, all sales are generally final. We encourage buyers to inspect products before purchase and delivery.
If you believe a product was significantly misrepresented or does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate concerns.
Custom modifications and special orders are non-refundable once work has begun.
Limited Warranty: New (one-trip) containers are sold with manufacturer’s standard warranty where applicable. Used containers are sold “as-is” based on their stated condition grade (Cargo Worthy, Wind & Water Tight, or As-Is).

We do not warrant that containers will meet specific building codes, permit requirements, or other regulations in your jurisdiction. Buyer is responsible for verifying compliance with local requirements.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GATEWAY CONTAINER & CHASSIS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our written permission.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gateway Container & Chassis LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your purchase of products, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
