Will containers keep pests out of stored feed?

Yes! Steel containers provide excellent pest resistance. Mice and rats cannot chew through the steel walls. Proper door seals prevent insect entry. Much more secure than traditional wooden or fabric structures.

Can I drive a tractor into a container?

Most tractors fit in 40ft containers through the 7’8″ wide door opening. High Cube containers offer 8’10” interior height for taller equipment. Measure your equipment before ordering to ensure proper fit.

Do I need a foundation on farm property?

Containers can be placed on level, firm ground without permanent foundations. For wet areas, we recommend a gravel pad or railroad ties for drainage and leveling. Concrete is optional but not required.

Can containers withstand Florida weather?

Absolutely! Containers are built to survive ocean voyages and harsh conditions. Corten steel resists rust, and containers handle Florida’s heat, humidity, and storms well. They’re often used as storm shelters.

Do you deliver to rural farm locations?

Yes, we deliver throughout Florida including rural areas. You’ll need adequate road access for our delivery truck. We coordinate delivery timing and can advise on site preparation.
